I really hope it's broadband, they need it badly. This will make my life alot easier. For 9 or so years, MTN had monopoly and recently it has opened up - let's hope their international pipe is improved... nothing worse than having fantastic local and no international - ask Kenya - ADSL2 for the past year or so but pathetic international. MTN offered Rwanda GPRS uncapped at a fixed monthly rate.
