M$ evades promise of Vista Ultimate extras

Sounds a bit like Telkom to me. There must be a "monopolies for dummies" book doing the rounds. And how can a language pack be an extra? If you read/write in, say hebrew, can you not get home premium in hebrew?

Difference is, you choose to install Windows over Linux, or apple or something... at the moment we're stuck with Telkom :sick:
