avg install problem after new motherboard

i used my old harddrive in my new computer,Its runnin fine but i cannot install avg.It gives me a error,something about some file could not be installed and windows deletion will take place on next restart.


Local machine: prepared for the installation
Actions plan:
Error: Service Avg7RsW needs to be installed, but it has been marked by the Windows as delete pending during previous unintallation process. Please restart the computer to finnish pending service deletion

Installation:
Error: Action failed for file avg7dos.lng: creating file....
Changing language to 67698688 failed.
General failure.
