Little thingy above the E

Hi everyone, Can someone please explain to me how you get that thingy obove the E...i.e.in a case of a name Adele and Michaele (Above on the last E's)...Many thanks!

Yup that's the one, thanks web but not that one... and XCalibre YES that's the correct one... Sorry not that one JUGGY Not your fault but it's also a thingy thanks any way...

mmm well on my laptop it,s the ALT Gr key and e at the same time. Dam does that make any sense ?
 
é - mine is alt and 'e'

If you go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools You will find the Character Map.

All the symbols you need.
