The new boss is determined to see things for himself

Now they just have to get a better advertising agency. That TV advert where the women shouts 'free calls on weekends' out of a taxi is just plain revolting. Uncivilized and uncultured. I have nominated it as the advertising zero (as opposed to hero) of the week on CapeTalk.
