M$ Live! Games and their T&C

Have anyone here ever played those M$ games over at live.com? I have been playing those games for some time, earning points and enjoying myself. Those points you earn can be converted to prizes if you have enough. Just now I opened their T&C and this is what I Found inside:
...to earn tickets and rewards, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia...

So in other words, There is no use for me even to try and claim a prize in future? Have anyone ever joined that program?

I guess I need to get myself a US Green card first, before I will be able to claim prizes. :(

Any US Citizens here? ;)
 
To the mod that moved this thread out of the Off-Topic Section:
The M$ Live games site has nada to do with the XBOX Live! thing.
