Sounds like extortion to me. Why do most of the amounts not specify a currency anyway? An amount in R is very different to the same amount in US$.

Very badly written article. Are they talking Rands or Dollars in most of the places where they mention currency?

So if we assume Benin Currency, then

21 CFA Franc BCEAO = 0.30833 South African Rand
21 South African Rand (ZAR) = 1,430.27 CFA Franc BCEAO (XOF)

The Franc is Benin's currency.

Can't be Benin currency, if that was one of the highest figures nobody would be making a profit.

Extortion aside, at least that regulator has got some balls, unlike some other regulators
