Infinite call and 0860007249

Hi

I had infinity call on my account and dialed the 0860007249 telkom internet number. But was charged up to R62 on some calls?

Why is this?

Previously I had a max charge of R9+.

Back in the good old days of R7-call, we used to call the 021 (In other words local) number of the ISP and that was capped at the normal R7/9/10. Maybe the infinity call service does not see 0860 numbers as local numbers? I see 0860 numbers as Special Service number: Share Call. But then again, I'm not Telkom.
 
This the R7 call thing? Use to phone any telkom number 011/012/013 ect. and 0860 numbers for only R7. That in callmore time.
 
Yeah 086000 SAIX (7249) does work with InfitCall, just during CallMore times only.

If you have not already done so, you should call 10210 and ask them what is going on. They are really very helpfull I must say. You should also go to the telkom website and register yourself on the online bill system and then you can view your phone account on a monthly basis when the invoice's have been run. You can setup a phone book with numbers and names and then the system will sort the numbers in groups and you can see who and what is being called etc. you can even download the information.

Infinite call covers voice & data during call more time 19:00-07:00. The max you should pay is +-R10.

Maybe you connected or disconnected during peak time and were charged for the overrun?
