Telkom Kenya beats Neotel to CDMA, EVDO in Sept

I think my 4 year old cousin will grow-up and finish varsity before NeoTel actually does anything
 
Ivy, blind-folded, with both hands tied behind her could beat Neotel to the cream donuts.

I look at the calender and see that Neotel is now well overdue on rolling out residential services.

Luckily there are other wireless competitors actually willing to offer WiMax, and by the looks of it, NeOTel will still be testing CDMA2000 EV-DO x1 when others have already rolled out WiMax and taken advantage of [so far] mythical-LLU to provide their own ADSL2+ service...
NeoTel is so slow that even Poison Ivy could overtake NeoTel by pushing a Telkom van uphill.
