Icasa to hear complaint over SABC blacklisting

What type of punishment can Icasa hand down to the SABC if they are found guilty?
 
I can't help but feel with the DoC's influence, that is will just get swept under the carpet
 
that certain commentators and analysts not be used because they were critical of President Thabo Mbeki.

Thats why ETV news keeps saying they independant and not run/influenenced by the government. Always hated sabc 3 news. They show way to much goverment crap that is way boring.
