@psc: This is a very interesting development. Actually Mobilkom in Austria has been running a 7.2MBPS HSUPA network since February but as far as I know it is still capped. Operators like Moobicent in Germany are offering an uncapped 3.6Mbps service on the Vodafone network so I wonder if they will also offer the faster speed. Huawei is also supplying them with the E270 USB modem.
