Sony has changed its tune regarding Blue-ray pornography by supporting adult filmmakers in their high-definition porn quest.

They're probably learning from the Betamax ordeal that if you can convince the adult film industry to use your standard, you're on your way to winning the battle.

Correct...HD DVD is doing very well in the US adult film industry...I think Sony had to respond if they did not want to face another Betamax.
 
I have an HD DVD player, and I will probably end up buying some porn for it in HD, but I have never purchased a DVD for porn either, so not sure… I watch it online, so you can believe that I have invested some $$$ into the WMVHD format.
Either way, HD Porn is the best. :)
