GTA San Adreas for R169 at Makro!!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price (R169) for GTA San Andreas at Makro Centurion - so I promptly grabbed the last one off the shelf and headed home.... :)
 
No offense but is that a good price? Was it perhaps a PS2 or Xbox game or something because in terms of PC game prices it sounds a bit expensive, the game isn't exactly new....
 
R169!! Lucky thing. Not a bad price IMO. I got mine waaaay back then for +-R300. Very nice game. Was worth the buy for sure.

/me sobs about GTA IV being kind of XBOX360/PS3 only

Yea, GTA was First originally on PC GTAII GTAIII now IV only for console.... :rolleyes:

I don't think so, R* will miss out on a lot of $$$ ;) just wait a little bit and I am sure we will see GTAIV on PC!

I was too scared to buy San Andreas! Vice City ruled my life for a few months, but Saturday I just couldn't resist any longer... :sick: :)

R169 is a very good price, new it would cost you R299.

*Already had a few hillarious moments in the game :

1. Drove through Bone County and ran a cop over. Got one star and then hit another cop coming round the corner. Crashed the car and ran up the stairs of a building to the roof. Police downstairs waiting for me, and one of the cops shouted : ''I'm not a rascist!'' Walked down and they shoot the **** out of me. :)

2. When you go to kill the crack dealer, as you're walking in the front door, you see a girl giving a guy a 'job' in the back room.

3. Yes, I will find 'Hot Chocolate'.... :)
 
Its "hot coffee" and you need a patch for that. Its not accessible in the unpatched version.

SA ruled. Have fun.

Sounds like a good price at take2 its R181 for PS2 version and R129 for pc version but you have to add R29 for shipping
 
I SO didn't want to buy this game - and what I was afraid of, has happened.

I can't stop playing this game. :(

*If you put the FX graphics to 'Very High' & Anti-Aliasing to max, the game looks absolutely gorgeous. Much better than Vice City.
