Company policy doesnt allow Iburst to take my credit card details over the phone, but its alright for me to send my details in an email.

Clearly Https and online transactions are beyond ibusts technical resources.
 
You cannot print a voice conversation, and distribute it to your "friends", and then claim that the email was probably intercepted by criminals.

And, HTTPS would also make their lives difficult, then they would have to bribe some IT bloke.
 
hmmmm, rather eft them every month... cos they seriously hire monkies as accountants!

I couldn't believe it when they told me this, so I just refused and told them I wasn't willing to send it over an insecure line, asked for signed emails so I could send it encrypted, etc. Finally they just updated them over the phone. Just bitch until they help you, they can do it.

@ iBurst, please find a solution to this issue!
