Missing Access Code

I had a ten hour trial trilogy,disk for guild wars. I liked it so much I quit wow and bought factions. Opened the game up today and come to find out I need an access code to be able to play. But, my game didnt come with any sort of access code. Ive heard the code should have come in a small envelope or a scratch off sheet. Since I got neither what do I do?:mad:

It should be on a plastic "credit card" type card. If it is not there take it back and get a new copy.

Yeah I did end up taking it back. Since it was opened they exchanged it for an identical one, which had the code this time. Thank you to all who respomded.
