Anyone know what a 40GB portable laptop drive is worth 2nd hand in a Vantec enclosure?

Doesn't need power at all.

I'm selling mine as I purchased a new 100GB one.
 
How much is the enclosure worth?
 
Well since a 120GB is about R999 with enclosure I would guess R400/R450?
 
40gig is very small nowadays. More than 4 years old??
I would just sell the enclosure or put it in a drawer.

Don't mind me asking what you paid for the 100gb notebook HDD? Looking for one to replace my 60gb HDD in my laptop.Thanx
 
Shot guys, Enclisure is around R250 and the drive is about a year old. Was a replacement for my HP laptop when it's drive went tits up and I put a 100GB in it. Hasn't really been used much either.

Think I'll stick it in classifieds for R350.

PATA 7200 100GB - R1000
SATA 5400 100GB - R750
SATA 7200 100GB - R1100
