no Realtek High Definition Audio on device manager

Any ideas why wouldn't the "Realtek High Definition" does not even appear on the Device Manager. It's not as if i have the wrong drivers (otherwise would see red/yellow sign). If i go to add or remove programs from control panel the software "Realtek High Definition Audi Drive" is listed meaning is installed. Nothing under Audio and Sound Device control panel (says no playback device)

Also installed the UAA Hotfix:(
 
See if you have Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for Hi Def Audio.
There is a newer KB fix then you mentioned earlier.
