Iburst a bunch of thieves ?

Hi Everyone

Iburst seems to me are a bunch of thieves, my contract has expired almost 2 months ago, I asummed they would either

1. Contact me to renew
2. Stop my service
3. Reduce my free to the closest non contract price (excl modem)

but none of this happend, infact depsite me sending them numerous emails and canellation forms over this period they still keep taking thier money from me although I am not using their service, heck they don't even reply to my mails and to get somone on the phone takes 20 minutes at the best of times and then they cant help or cant speak english.

Any ideas on what I should do next ?
 
Try contacting Feroza Khan in the debtors department as she was helpful when I canceled, try to get hold of her by phone or at her email address: [email protected]

EDIT: If you want to cancel then also email Phil Buthelezi in the cancellation department at 011 676 6343.
