How do I search non-english country web sites?

Need to do some searching within A non-english speaking country web sites.

Is there a easy way to have everything translated into english as i goto each web page.

Ukraine to english.
 
google translator?

Try to get the site to show up in Google Search, I see a "translate this page" link for non-English sites in the search results.
