How to open the Telkom "Jack" where you phone connects to?

Anyone know how to open the wall point where your phone goes into. I am talking about the rectangular jack, which has 2 points to plug your phone in on the side.
 
the big double one has a locking mechanism under a circular sticker near the middle iirc.
 
Yeah there is a circular thing that looks like a screw but how do you unscrew it without stuffing it up.

1/4 turn with a screw driver? And so what if it gets scuffed up - you paid for it .
 
cut the entire thing off with a pair of scissors and buy another junction box from makro, Dions or Hi-Fi... the bought junction boxes also have two ports and are about a third of the size of that stupid fat waste of plastic. :sick:
 
bwana I will try the 1/4 turn. I do not know why they make them so big?
