error.txt on root of c drive???

I keep on getting this stupid error.txt on my desktop at random...anybody ever had this?

When I open the file it states...

FILE_PRINT DEBUG INFORMATION
****************************


*****************************
* Program finished normally *
*****************************

anybody??
 
Delete the file. Then download filemon from sysinternals. Set the include filter to error.txt. Let that sit in the background for a day. If a new file was created during that time, filemon will tell you what app created it.
