As we have all seen Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri's ability to mangage ICASA leaves much wanted. Now I'm just wondering, is it really her we should be mad at?

Don't you think that she is just some puppet who's strings are being pulled by Telkom/Government or some other company? What are your views on this?
Is she really just inept? Or could she be the spindoctor of some greedy company(s)/government?

And if this is all true how can we really find out what is going on?

She is just the public face that takes the blame. Our communications debacle is exactly what the government wants. If you are looking to apportion blame in the correct place, I suggest you start with that idiot mbeki.

I think she manages ICASA very well. Ineffectual and incompetent is just how she wants it

It's not as if shes particularly bashful about manipulating the industry to ensure profits and control for government of which she is a member.
 
If you owned as many shares in Telkom as she does you would also do what she does

Maybe - but only after she has officially been marinated in napalm, until then Mbeki's Puppet works for me...:p :D

Everyone should keep up the +ve thinking, and hopefully Poison Ivy will kick her own plant-pot imminently.
