Can anybody please help. I am looking for the driver for ST Lab PCI-FM/TV7130-PALI-1 TV Card. No luck searching google or emailing Sunsway's support department.

try searching under tv7130 instead.
it uses a very common philips saa7130 chip.
this chip works well with the saa7134 driver, and MANY MANY MANY MANY cards use this exact same driver.
I'd be suprised if you had problems getting it...try driverguide and look for saa7134.

(click support, then "software" on their menu system)
of course, it seems to be corrupted, but hey..you can always try more than once
