Telkom is speedy today on 10219

WOW!!!

I had to phone 10219 twice today and both times callwas answered on first ring... was a pleasure actually.
 
10219 is new services and thus is always speedy. 10210, 10215 and 0800 DSL DSL on the otherhand are never answered speedily.
 
and I thought that banks were licensed to make money on overdue amounts, Telkom seem to have custom billing software, my guess is it was not made the foresight 2020 interface, sort of flies in the face of African time, were did that come from
