Route 66 (N95 & 6110NAV)

I don't think so... The extensions are different, and renaming them doesnt work.

Does anyone know if the Route 66 Maps on the 6110Navigator will work with Route 66 on the N95?

I was bored this weekend waiting for mom in the bank so I decided to take a walk to Virgin mobile, theres this hot brunette there very yummy, I think ill go ask her about everything I need to know about Nokio from now!!:D:o

Ill let you know next Monday right?

out of interest...does your voice work? I have an almost 1mb British.ogg file in the voice folder, but don't get voice directions on my E90?

Route 66 Maps

Surely if the maps were designed for Route 66, then it shouldn't matter which phone it gets installed onto. As long as the software is the same.... I'm thumbsucking this by the way. :p But there's only one way to find out, right? Experiment!!! :D But it makes logical sense... try it?

I guess it should work if you use one of the cracks to register the map with the new device number.

Unfortunately, the latest version 7.3.545 that works on N95 is completely different to the one shipped with 6110. Version 7 and 8 also use different map file.

A lot of people are experimenting with transferring version 8 from 6110 to N95 but no success yet. Also, the maps on 6110 are locked!

Hmm... what version of the maps?

Most of I are using 7.3.486 already, Piesang is talking about the never version which runs on the 6110 Nav. I have to agree that it definately looks more polished.

Hi Tony2007. Please try and upload on megaupload or create a torrent for download from eg. Mininova or thepiratebay etc. Please also add detailed instructions on how to install this notoriously difficult software. Thanks
