Power supply for Microstar PM8M3-V??

I need help on choosing a psu please.
Can i use a 300Watt ATX PSU on a Microstar PM8M3-V motherboard with 2.4Gig Intel Celeron processor and 528Mb ram?
 
lol. I'm using a 350 Power supply for a DQ6 Mobo (Requires extra power), 3 Harddrives, a dvd writer, water cooling system, an overclocked core 2 to 3GHz and a 7800 GTX.
So you'll run that with ease lol

Thx for the info SYNERGY, and yes if i look at your setup then 300W is what i'm looking for.
