Why would someone want to drink wine stored in a foil packaging? Or even priced at R13?

Because they want to get drunk, a lot of 'them', and it only costs R13
My younger days we drank that stuff, quite a few people could get pissed on R13 LOL! But it tastes terrible though, i'll never put my mouth to it again.
Us wine plebs can't tell the difference, so why not go for the cheap stuff? Nice for cooking too.
