I'm a straight white man - who will let homosexuals go their way as long as they don't bother me.

Recently I've been on a trip including a few security searches at Heathrow Airport.

During one of the physical pat downs, I became extremely uncomfortable with the man searching me. My feeling was that I was being searched by a homosexual getting joy from touching my body.

Does anybody know what processes are in place to prevent such sexual abuse situations?

Was his wrist limp?

lol, is it possible to file for sexual harassment in such a situation ? I don't think the law cares much about man to man situations

It's either that or they'll put you in small room and force you to strip naked - you decide !

In what way? Like in the duration or where he touched???
Aren't all these searches at airports strict, unless you feel it was done in a uncalled manner...

I think someone has 'issues'...

Anyone who constantly proclaims their 'straight-ness' is definitly suspect in my book... :D

I needed to read it twice. :D The first word of the second line got read in the first! :D

I don't think so, I'm straight as well, on this forum I can really have a jol and get a bit on the wrong side of the track, but in real life, I feel the same. I won't like it if someone touches me in the wrong way, or checks me out and passes winks, which a lot of homosexuals do btw.

They've got the choice to be gay, fine, be gay, but don't force us to be gay.

And not one single smiley! :D :p ;)

Arent all searches (normal or strip) video taped to prevent abuse by officials? The UK is also the ultimate big brother nanny state so everything should be on film somewhere.

I dont think any official, knowing they were being filmed, would do anything like that?
