Mbeki unfit for office?

Just seems to me like the presidency and the ANC are always ducking the hard questions. There's far too much "no comment" / refusing to comment / zero response / blatant lies from people who are ultimately accountable to the citizens for my liking.
What bothers me is that we'll never have any independant investigations into the allegations. Hell our goverment won't even respond to requests for co-operation in investigations from other countries
 
There is no doubt that obstructing the course of justice by suspending the director of the NPA and then asking a political appointee to head the commission of inquiry instead of a judge, will cause a constitutional crisis. Our constitutionally established & protected institutions are being neutralised to shield corruption within the ANC. A constitutional democracy involves the separation of powers to constitutionally establish a system of checks and balances in order to reduce risk of corruption. It looks as though our El Presidente and his cronies believe they are above the constitution.
