It's not THAT much.

Most of the titles stack. Hardest one was probably legendary skillhunter.

You can get 100% of tyria inside a week. I'll assume the same for factions and nightfall (though nightfall is easier to map from what I've heard).

Legendary Guardian requires skill rather than time.

:D now for the hard ones :D

Lengendary Gladiator requires 40,000 points that's a whole lot of wins in pvp's random arena's [max amount of points you can earn at a time is 4]

Legendary Defender of Ascalon, phew! this can takes about 2 months to get to lvl 20.

Sweet tooth will take about 200 platinum to get to just using red bean cakes.
 
I got Sweet Tooth for under 100K no Christmas I think it was :P Candy was so cheap
