Asa > Icasa?

Hi,

This may seem trivial, but it appears to me that the Advertising Standards Authority seems to get more work done than ICASA!

Judging by reading about their actions based on adverts in CNA, adverts by Telkom and now by Digital Planet, I reckon some of them should run for ICASA.

Only problem is they have little power, all they can do is stop the ad being run again.
