hiya

my router got poked in the storm last night so now I need a new one

I won't touch anything other than a netgear.

I got my last one from pcmall, but I don't wanna wait the 3 days.

where can I pick one up in JHB?

Never EVER go to Incredible Connection. You could probably go to the offices of places like sybaritic and such. I'm not entirely sure if they have they have stock or you could try Cyberdyne.
 
dude buy a billion

best routers on the market and they do half bridge should u ever want to use rasppoe and vista
 
^^ don't agree ....have 5102g and 7100...

netgear834GT is REALLY a SUPERB router...

-it has MUCH better line stability than anything i'd seen (been thru 8 routers)
-wifi is 108 and nice coverage
-works with DMT :)
-works with routerstats
****syncs the fastest of all routers

if you are looking for extra features like halfbridge - then ok - netgear is prolly not the best option....but if your line has ANY issues - netgear FTW!

Same happened to me, I replaced mine from http://www.nivo.co.za/, arranged with them that I collect it directly from there supplier, so had it a few hours after the order.

I've installed many netgear 834G & 834GT routers
They really good!
My first choice router
