International roaming voicemail divert

Going overseas for a week or so, want to receive text messages but not voice calls, anyone remember the handset code to key in to automatically divert everything to voicemail?

If you divert calls to voice mail you will be charged.

Just phone your service provider to remove your voicemail while abroad. ;)

Yes and No - if you a unconditional divert you will not be charged - the code is *21*+278314(83 or 73 or other MTN NDC plus remaining 7 numbers) all others you will be charged.

Its a good thing to phone SP and ask for divert to be canceled then in future you can set them manually (*61*... No Reply ; *62*... Unavailable or just use you phones menu)
