These days its pretty bad form for a website to require the 'www' prefix to work so I think its about time for a name and shame . . .

Would the people in charge of the following please get a clue:

makro.co.za = "Under Construction"
vodacom.co.za = just hangs - oddly enough vodacom4me.co.za works!
do.co.za = "The request did not specify a valid virtual host."
