Anyone know a good, free, utility to convert MP4 audio to MP3? I've googled but have only found converters with built-in limitations (e.g. will only convert the first xx seconds of the track, etc.).

Thanks guys ... I'm busy downloading VLC & Super! as I type this, and will give them a try. It's only MP4 audio I need to convert to MP3 (or WMA).
 
You can also download a freeware Free M4a to MP3 Converter. It's an easy-to-use program. You should simply browse your computer for m4a and aac audio, add necessary files to the conversion list (or simply drag them from Explorer and drop into the working area of the application), specify output location and output audio parameters and click the "Convert" button on the toolbar.
 
I use Convert-tune. It converts audio files to different formats: MP3, M4A (AAC), WMA , WAV and
video files to MP4 (iPod), WMV, AVI and 3gp.

The tool also has free CD Ripper and free CD Burner.
It converts video files for iPod and iPad as well.
 
I use AnyMP4 media converter (I think it recently changed names to Any Media converter or something like that)
