The question to ask is would IS or anyone else buying cheaper from Neo pass on their savings to customers immediately or would they wait until other players started dropping prices.

I think they would pass it on, as it is horrendously over-priced at the moment.
One would hope. But I fear Telkom have created this mindset where no one is really in a hurry to change prices when they can just make more money
