Nope, install SF, and then repatch the whole lot to 1.41.

What is so special about SF?
Is this what everyone does to get all the cool guns I see everyone running around with?
Is it a seperate game I can play on single player mode with new maps etc etc?
I heard I need SF in order to unlock all the weapons and then be able to use them online?
Please can someone point me into the light?

I just got it for the G36E, why others did only they know.
