I have two from voipvoice.com - the cyberphoneK and the UConnect - both do a great job. The UConnect connects to the landline as well as the computer and lets you use any phone, including cordless, as a skype phone.

bought the Generic grey or black USB VOIP phone from Matrix. Have seen them at Hi-fi corp as well (at Hi-fi corp they were branded as Digitec)... works seamlessly... pretty good voice quality, no drivers needed, and pretty good durability as well. Easy to set up. Cost about R199 to R250.00
all the more expensive options I have tested have all been problematic, difficult to set-up and use and a pain to keep maintained (driver issues, etc.). simpler is better.

Cordless dual phone, works really great- not sure what the model is but i think there is a newer model now anyway.
Works with the normal phone line and skype at the same time and its cordless, what a pleasure
