How to access Q3 Arena sound files?

Hi.

Don't ask the reason, but I'd like to access the sound files to Q3. I assumed they'd be .wav files in a directory somewhere - but I can't find them. Anyone able to help?

Maybe even a site you know of where I can download a sound pack?

Yes. WinRar works, just checked. I believe you can also recompile the stuff with replaced wav files, but I'm too lazy to check now.
 
Thanks! It worked ... and I realise now the what I thought was 'beast' is actually 'haste' :(
