If you are looking for drivers for your Motorola Handset you can find them over at the Motorola Developer site. The drivers are for use when you connect your phone via a USB cable and should support most models of Motorola phones.

32bit version for Windows 2000/XP/Vista
64bit version for Windows XP 64bit / Vista 64bit

The only downside is that you'll first have to register (takes a minute at most) before you can download the drivers, but that's definitely well worth not having to buy and install the atrocious Motorola Phone Tools.

Note:
I've installed the driver and it recognised my V360 without any problems. I'll report back after I've tested it by using it for GPRS connection.

Well, the driver works perfectly. I'm posting this using my GPRS connection on Vista via the V360 and using a manually setup MTN connection (*99#) and there's no problem at all.

The only caveat is that it seems that Vista "installs" a driver each time you plug in the phone so you'll get multiple Motorola phones displayed under "Phone and modems" e.g Motorola Modem, Motorola Modem #2. Though this shouldn't be too much of a problem since you can remove them later.
