perhaps. just thought that for now i'd like to post it in the open as a general discussion. perhaps it could later be moved to the science section.

Interesting article.
So many people have different ideas on how 'earth came to be' but ultimately, I doubt we'll ever really know.
I think its all heresay with scientists bending facts etc to suit the needs of the story in question, but that's just my opinon.
with every new documentary or movie that comes out, there is a different idea on how earth came to be etc... its getting old now :)

While Comets being the source of all life might be debatable. One thing is certain and that is the next time one decides to touch earth it will be the source of all death:D

Its a pity that link is in such poor taste (the christian website mercurial used in his original link)*yuk* but panspermia or exogenisis is a rather interesting concept that might have something to it.
Though it does not answer the origins of life.. it may or may not answer the origins of life on this planet.

ur acting like a child. if i feel like posting interesting things i will do so. don't make your mission in life to ridicule my scientific postings just cos u don't like it. others might find it interesting. and what evidence do you have that the site is "christian"?

The Dino Dynasty Reconsidered
By Rusty Rockets
While most of us now accept that Jesus didn't spread the word from town to town perched atop a dinosaur's back, researchers from the paleontology department at the University of California (UC), Berkeley, believe that our understanding of dinosaur lineage is flawed. Dinosaurs, they say, actually lived alongside their ancestors for tens of millions of years.
The article lacks ANY type of scientific integrity you would expect to find in a science publication, and unless its a historical science website, they would never being up Jesus and evolution in the same topic.
Science my ass.
