How much do Cash Crusaders / Cash Converters give you for and XBox 360 Game / Playstation 2 Game?

And how does it work, do you just go in with your games, sell em, get the cash and get out? Or is there a different process?

Thanks in advance! :)

1) copy ur game
2) add "official" sticker
3) sell it to them for any price
4) walk to next cash crusaders shop
5) repeat

hahaa :) :) :)

And when the people find out and get upset, they will contact Cash Crusaders, get a hold of your ID that they recorded and prosecute you. Smart plan hey?

yeah good point....well if you leaving the country then maybee u could pull off a dumb stunt like that

So in the real world, how much do we get for XBox 360 / PS2 games from em??? And whats the procedure..

I wouldn't go that route to be quite honest. Cash crusaders/converters generally tend to ripp you off big time when it comes to gaming hardware and software and then mark it up double the price they gave to you...

Best bet is to try BT Games

No they dont..

I used to sell all types of broken stuff to them for good prices..

Broken CD shuttle, no magazine, no cables - R800
Broken PS1 no lens, no screws, some chip burnt when I tried to install a chip to play copy games with cables. - R780
Broken Irons, toasters etc etc...

DONT EVER GO TO THEM!! EVER!

They will give you R20 and sell them for R100+

Rather use Bid or Buy http://www.bidorbuy.co.za
or take them PS2 games ot BTgames :D

If I get R200 for XBox 360 games, should be OK... or do they give less?

Its because of siffies like you.. that I dont use them.

If you in Joburg or Pretoria, try Animeworx - they're pretty cool with the prices they give you.

Lol I didnt cheat them or lie to them about any of the stuff, I kept quite said as little as possible, raised an eyebrow when he gave me the money, walked "briskly" out of the store...

No harm done.

Im sure you could justify anything you wanted to yourself so its pointless getting into this kinda talk. You are what you are.

Oh well. Rather buy broken stuff than stolen stuff.
You shop there?

hehe JK8, sounds like you pulled a fast one on them. Now we're sitting with all the junk you couldnt get rid off at your last garage sale :D

There's a shop here in East London that charges a cover fee for guys to come in and swap games. So you bring your old PS2/X****/whatnot game in... pay your R20 or whatnot, and swap it for whichever other game is on the shelf.

Not too sure how successful it is. but ya. works, i guess :/

I can get internal price lists for Cash Crusaders and you wouldn't believe the markups on most things. 400% markup isn't very uncommon for them (though I haven't bothered checking for almost a year now).

So they won't give you much for things you sell to them and they charge alot when selling things.
