Just log into your internet banking profile and click the Antivirus and Firewall link at the bottom
You will be redirected to a page, enter the exact same email address you used to register for internet banking.
Just read the onscreen intructions and run the applet after downloading it. On a 4mbps ADSL connection it takes about 3-4 minutes to download each program respectively.
I'm currently using the Firewall on Vista as I've looked my tail off to find a good firewall for it.
