What a euphemism. :D Why is it the post office has all these "behavioural patterns" but the courier companies don't?
 
Have you noticed the increase in the number of courier vans doing the rounds? A direct result of those `behavioural patterns'. SA (along with Zimbabwe) is regularly singled out as a country where uninsured packages *will* be interfered with --- A number of shippers now refuse to send anything via uninsured mail to SA.

They're all over, I can't remember the last time I actually sent a letter or package through the post office.
