Hi Guys,
I am so impressed with the level of service i had just experienced today from Nivo Interactive Shopping. (www.nivo.co.za)
Lighting hit my router a couple of days ago and i was really in a rush to get my internet up and running again.
Did not want to go the digitalplanet route, as they always tend to F*** things up, and unfortunately Sybaritic didn't stock what i needed.
So to cut a long story short..... Looked for my router on Jump.co.za, and saw Nivo Interactive shopping on the list.
Firstly, logged on to website, created an account, then checked for stock availability.... Received an sms 5 min later confirming stock available.
Place the order immediately, adding comments that it was really really really urgent
...this was at about 5:30pm, and opted to collect the stock from their offices. Did the bank transfer and all the red tape.
At 5:45pm, a Friendly lady by the name of Tanya called me about my order. She advised that she will be willing to drop my order off first thing tomorrow morning because it was urgent. And low and behold.... She actually came herself and brought my router with and did not charge me. I was dumbstruck... Never before in my life have i received service like this, especially from an e-tailer.
I would recommend you guys shopping with them, because they are simply awesome and their prices are very competitive!!!!!!
Its just a pity that most other e-tailer's aren't so customer centric...
