Debbie is of course right as per usual.I hate to say it but prices are coming down slowwwwly, (correlating with slowwwwly increasing competition), so now we're getting ripped off a little less than before. I haven't yet seen the full Genesis report this year yet, but glad to see they have a new one out and it should be worthy of a good look.

Truen said a 12- step programme to decrease prices had been proposed in 2005, but had not been adequately implemented.
