What MHZ of RAM do I have?

Can someone give me a link of where I can find out what MHZ of my RAM currently in my PC.

I think it is 400mhz, but can I buy 667mhz?

depends if ur motherboard supports it...

search ur motherboard model number in google..

there was a tool cant remember its name, you can download that, or go to accessories, system tools, system information - to find out your motherboard model

Would that be under the BIOS Version

Looks like a American Megatrend, but not sure of the model... :(
 
thanks, i also needed something like this for gf's pc as it doesn't show which type of ram its got
