So Virgin Mobile can't seem to take the money that I owe off my credit card. I have phoned them for the past 2 months to try to get them to give a damn. I faxed off a form to change my credit card details. They messed that up. I phoned again this month because they had not debited money off my card and now I owe them for two months.
A cool guy phones yesterday, debits the money I owe off my card and send me the same form to fill in again so that I can change my card details. At last I think someone who will help me. Sweet.
Then today this woman phones me three times in ten minutes while I am in a meeting. I think somebody must have died because to get three calls so quickly after each other is unusual. I take the call and it is VM wanting to know how I rate their service!!!!!! Come on!!! Phone once and leave a message.
I got royally hacked off and I have just decided to port to MTN. I can't take this anymore. I want my cellphone provider to be completely invisible to me. I want my phone to just work and the money to come off my account automatically. In 24 months with MTN I have not had a problem so now I am running back to them.
It is worth the extra R50 a month just to deal with a network that doesn't waste my time...
Virgin you are going to go bankrupt and I will be one of the people laughing in the streets. I stuck with you even though most nights I could not get on the Internet, you messed up my VRewards often and could not even take money off my account but today was the final straw.
