Whatever. You and your apple-eating BWANA must watch out. lol

But seriously. Something good about it, when Macrosoft launched the Zune Gen2, a firmware upgrade was released for Zune 1 (The one I got), that included lots of features that are on the Gen2... (If the hardware could do it, it was included)... Apple does no such thing. (Ie: The Ipod Touch is exactly same hardware as the IFONE, and yet, Apple decided to leave features out, like calendar, reminders etc. WHY?

Apple will make you pay for any and every little thing they can!!

Microsoft.

pfft, Mac with their wonderful iPod force you to use iTunes and have a permanent iPod service running on your PC. I can't stand it when people bring their iPods and want to install iTunes just to transfer songs. :(

Can the Zune be synced with iTunes?

lol...you're moaning about iTunes, and then want the Zune to sync with it?

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a head unit with a USB input for a flash or portable hard drive? ;)

I have a Pioneer BT-7900 (R3200.00). I don't want to replace it, and can't find anyone who sells the USB controller thingy for it.

I have no issues with Apple, only with iTunes :D
Been a fan of iTunes since day 1 - its the main reason why I eventually got an iPod.

I wonder though if the difference in viewpoints doesnt arise because of the os we're running it under - Apple does make lousy Windows software.

If I recall correctly Pioneer has a distributor in Booysens, opposite City Power. Gimme a few minutes to get the number

edit: here we go http://www.brabys.com/search-In***e...10&companytitle=AFRICATEK PIONEER ELECTRONICS

double edit: that link doesn't seem to work, try the google one http://www.google.co.za/search?q=pi...avclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B2DVFC_enZA234ZA234
It's the Africatek link, I think the 2nd one

It just might be, I have had endless problems with iTunes on Windows XP...

I might just buy myself a Mac and see if the problems go away ;)

@Highflyer_GP - Thanks... I'll see if they can help - whe I get my car back.

I actually love iTunes (mac and win). Sure it has problems, and may not be as resource light as winamp, but it's fairly simple, looks and works well... Plus i use it with my iPod.
