5.25" MFM HDD compared to 2.5" IDE drive.

On quick inspection it would seem that the bigger chunk of iron would have more storage space, but alas! it will only store 111Mb of data, while the smaller one store more than 6Gb's of data :D Big iron will chomp power happily, whilst small iron will need a smidgeon of power to operate.

The newer laptop models store well over 40Gb's and capacity's being increased frequently. Sadly, the same cannot be said for Telkom or Eskom... :p :D

Now, imagine a laptop with the 5.25" hard drive... :eek: :D You'll need a trolly to carry it around :D
